Important: In most cases, the QR code must be scanned from inside your bank’s Zelle® payment screen. Scanning it with your regular phone camera may not open the correct payment page.
Please include the following information in the payment memo:
- Your full name
- Property address
- The month the payment is for
Example: John Smith — 123 Main Street — June Rent
